These trademarks shall not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used, modified or distributed in any way (except as an integral part of an authorized copy of material appearing in these Platform, as set forth in the previous section paragraph) without prior written permission of Morrison Express Corp. Ltd.. In all circumstances, you shall not delete, remove, obscure or alter any or any part of the legal notices displayed in or along with such content in the Platform.

Your Input and Access

You may exercise your discretion in giving any input at the Platform. Subject to the Privacy Statement, MEC is free to use and act on any information you submit. Save and except otherwise provided in Privacy Statement, MEC does not warrant that MEC will available or maintain any backup of any of your input for any particular purpose or period. You are solely responsible for maintaining back-up / copies of your information and input.

Products and Services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the services mentioned in the Platform are subject to MEC’s standard terms and conditions (including that provided in MEC’s bill of lading, airway bill, quotation, invoices etc.).

Governing Laws

The applicable law governing the content and use of the Platform and any disputes arising from the use of this site is Taiwan laws and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taipei, Taiwan.
